• Clients retain ownership of their existing content; deliverables created during engagement transfer to the client upon full payment
• Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice, subject to completion of work in progress
• Confidential information shared during engagements remains confidential for 24 months after termination

6. Free Audit and Consultations

Free SEO audits and discovery calls are provided as a professional courtesy with no obligation. Audit findings represent our assessment at a point in time and may change as search landscapes evolve. Audits are not binding proposals unless followed by a formal service agreement.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

8. Limitation of Liability
